Wars Module 2.3

After some suggestions I updated the wars module again.

Here's a list with the changes:
- Users can subscribe for the so called Wars-Mail, after they have subscribed, they will receive a mail everytime a new war is added
- The main page of the administration is gone, it was totally useless
- Added subsitutes function, if this is enabled the 5 first to enter the line up when it's a 5on5 war, will form the team, the ones that enter the line up after that will be the substitutes
- Upcomming and Finished wars can be shown on seperate pages
- Added a field to put the server ip and password
- Countries can be added very easely, just put the .gif flag icon in the images/flags folder and it will be shown in the country list (It has to be a .gif image else it won't work)
- Besides that there are some small changes and I cleaned up my code a little
