| I figured it out on my own suprisingly. Here's how..
I am running 7.0 and had the "not able to add blocks" problem... I dumped my nuke_blocks table and then reloaded them (only nuke_blocks) ... |

I have been scouring the internet on some tips to try and get my blocks working again. I can edit, delete, activate etc. But I can no longer add blocks to my site. It just goes right back ... |
