Did you verify that you have Version 2.3 or higher of the attachment mod?

This is line 327:
if ( !($result = ($sql_query) ? attach_sql_query($sql) : $db->sql_query($sql)) )

I got the same error and I am using ver. 2.3.9 also. Any thoughts?
