if I change the line in config.php my site goes down I have to go back in and change it back.

So let me tell you what I am trying to do. I do a news story about a dragrace and I want to post pictures in it. I would like to have the pictures where I want them in the story. not sure if that can be done or not. But I would welcome any help I can get on this.

Now is there a mod that maybe does this for me?
