While working on another problem I re - uploaded my modules, now I can not log in to the Forums admin I get :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules/Forums/admin/index.php on this server.

anyone know how to fix this?

.htaccess was in the modules forum - keeping it from working - i must have uplaoded to the wrong area
