I have a pic..I want to know how to make raindrops effect onto the pic? and how do i create those font hard to explain kinda like a words with another pics in those words...etc etc.

as far as the images inside of images thing sounds like it was done with multiple layers or something. all of this is kinda hard for me to help u with, without an example to c.
