I'm starting a new website for my home owners association.

I'd like to know if there is a module/add on/block that will require new users to be authorized by me first.

I set the forums authorization option to "admin" but that hasn't stopped me from creating a new user. I also don't see that option under the main admin menu preferences.

Any ideas if there's a quick script I can use to do this?
