I am trying to get the no email hack working for a friend.

When you register, it looks like you get the proper link:
[ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

But the page is a Cannot Find Server page instead of the activation and login page.

Any ideas?

Actually was able to figure out what he had done.

He was running his site on subdomain, with no www but had included the www in his preferences, therefore his activation link was off.
