I had this issue, check these two things. Let me know.

Make sure you ran the installer, would be czuser.php
http://www.yourdomain.com/czuser.php


Did you make the changes it asked you too when you ran the installer? (once you install it ask you to make a change to a file, just can't remember which one off the top of my head)

no i did not run the installer... i upgraded from V4....

I did not notice the installer to begin with actually... will try that now thanks...
