icon_rolleyes.gif im havin alot of drams gettin that preloader to work, i have put the codes in my includes/my_header n footer in the right spots but not showing up. So wondering if you can code it for PHP Nuke 7.6.0 Platumin. Cheers

Leave a link to the site with the preloader installed. Also make sure that you have it in the theme folder if your trying to match the themes.

To make it work on phpnuke 7.6 platinum is simpel.

Since includes/my_header.php don't exist i 7.6, you have to make a file called "custom_head.php" and put the code for "my_header.php" in to "custom_head.php" instead, then place "custom_head.php" in includes/cusom_files/

That worked for me

I have attached the file to make it a bit easier.

Ive seen this mod around various nuke sites and always thought it looked cool. I am having this same problem though and even with the custome_head file it wont work for me. I run Nuke 7.7 p3.0

hello all... that was some good advices up there...

well.. am using phpnuke 7.6 i also tried to use the preloader thingie here... and it won't work... but after i followed the instruction here... i.e. made a custom_head file and uploaded... it works now... but the preloading images won't go off. It keeps on loading even after the page is loaded... any ideas????

Make sure all your edits are correct, thats usually why the preloader image will hang.
Here's another preloader if you prefer, backup your files involved and give this one a try. If you don't like the preloader image you can use anything you like, just rename whatever you use to: preload.gif. I use this on my Nuke 7.6 site and it works great. icon_wink.gif
