Hi, Im looking for a animation program, I got animation shop but it only does so few things. Im just needing the name of one, just a reg gif animation program not flash

What are you needing to do that Animation Shop can't do?

If you have Photoshop CS, it comes with Image Ready, which handles animations quite well.

I use flash because its the best for vector graphics and leaves that smooth look..
