So this site uses the Evolution Engine, but there is another Nuke Evolution being released. That version uses a lot of CZ scripts. Is Nuke Evolution the cms by Telli? or another version that just uses CZ scripts and a similiar name?

What Staffie said, however most of the users of nuke-evolution (apart from the "new people") were users of platinum. Technocrat and his team decided to make a "new" cms as which they have done which has literally been coded from nothing. If you need more information I suggest looking at their site ..
