On October 24, 2005, this person purchased one of our commercial themes via Paypal using a stolen credit card. Here is the letter we received from Paypal:

We have conducted an investigation regarding a payment you received in your PayPal account. This investigation determined that those funds were fraudulent. Therefore we have completed a reversal of the payment and removed the funds from the following transaction from your account.

Transaction Date: Oct. 24, 2005 14:49:26 PDT
Transaction Amount: $45.00 USD
Buyer's Email: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

DO NOT sell to this person. Paypal will reverse the charges and take the money out of your account. Having Seller Protection will not do you any good since the goods are downloadable. By the time it has been discovered that the card is fraudulent, the thief will already have your theme, as you can see on their website.

ok if the own has copyright to that theme he can take legal action, because the site that has took it has the common deeds act, it is a free act that anyone who webdesigns can get. so in prospective the owner should contact the fbi and the server host and fill them in, it is not right to see people do this to a person(s) work and i will post this on my site spread the word.

Update: I've written to their webhost asking them to look into the matter, but I have yet to hear anything from them. I intend to keep emailing them until I get a response.

More important than getting their website shut down is getting the word out to other sellers of commercial themes so that they don't get taken by this person either. The more people who post this on their websites, the better chance we have of getting the word out.

anyway i stoped using payloads a lnog time ago i use a shoping cart i made but i aint releasing it cos its so awesome big its like 2 gig

How come u paid for this theme wiith a stolen credit card? It's not nice to steal someone's designs. U drive! and so does this crappy site! The people where u stole this from are very cool and don't deserve this kind of abuse. Most of what they offer the community is free! You should be ashamed of yourself! [URL] rocks and your site never will haha!
