I just wrote it to add the two extra columns to the main buddylist page. If you want it on all the pages just copy the code over to those pages as well

It's a little sloppy on the image rendering...there is a better way to assign the variable I'm just being a little lazy to figure it out LOL
If someone could send me the bit of code to clean up using the entire path I'd really appreciate the info!

You can see it working at [ Register or login to view links on this board.] on the Mazerati theme. I only installed it on the one theme cuz I'm not sure I want these features on my site but needed to test the code

I have on question, Say I want to add the code to the file attach where would I place the codes?

In the file you attached just look for similar lines where the edits would go. You should be able to figure out where without much problem at all since the code is similar.
Without seeing the TPL file edits for that hack I can't really tell you exactly where they go, but in my hack you'll notice the two extra < td>codehere</td> lines. You can put those inside of whatever < tr>codehere</tr> you want them in then just make sure you 2 to the number in colspan="X" above this.
