I am a admin of a pool league on pogo through myleague, and i also do the home page for league. my question is.......we have a long time member that is severly handicapped and has asked if we would put a link to his web site on for members to visit. Is or would this be considered commercial advertiseing or even allowed? icon_question.gif icon_mrgreen.gif

I don't see why it would be considered commercial advertising. I can't think of any reasons you shouldn't be able to link to any of your members' websites, as long as they don't break Cases TOS.

Here is all that I could find on the subject:

You guarantee that all Materials, content or other information posted on the Website by you shall not contain (or contain links to) any of the following:

* Profanity
* Illegal Content
* Pornography
* Promotion of racism or violence
* Hate speech

You guarantee that all Materials, content or other information posted by you do not contain code, images, or content that is not wholly owned by you.

You guarantee that all Materials posted by you do not contain any virus, worm, backdoor, spyware, adware, or any other code that could harm the Website and/or the end user's computer.
