I am having problems with my nuke install. It was working fine then out of no where anytime someone tries to make a new account or log in or out of there current account it says "Sorry That Modules Isnt Active" I can log in to my account and everything works fine for me ONLY when I am signed in to the admin or super user account at the same time. that my first problem

My second problem is I have a theme with blocks on both sides of the forum and someone told me what code to change to turn that off so only my banner and my forums are show but I cant remember what code to change.

One more thing does anyone know of a mod that allows you to change what blocks are show on what page with phpnuke 7.9 upgraded to 8.0

Make sure the actual your account module is active. Log in as admin and find the modules icon. After you click modules, you should see your account at the bottom of the list.
