How or where can I make a Transparent Logo, that will rotate/flip from side to side. If anyone here can make it I would greatly appreciate it. I would like it to be Dark Blue with a Silver outline. thanks!

What you are looking for is a program called Xara. I don't know if anyone here has it.

Have you also tried the other logo making sites like Cool Logo or Flaming Text.com. Try those and if you can't find the one you want, come back and you might want to request a flash logo.
