Hey Danny, You have to insert the actual size in place of the x's in the example shown. Just put the width number and the hieght number in. ie; [flash width=300 height=80]...... 300 and 80 are my examples, you need to know the sizes of your flash file, which are: width 450 height 70 just insert them in and your good to go icon_smile.gif

*Hint* One way of knowing the size is to look in the HTML file that can be associated along with the flash file after creation. There may be other ways I'm not sure.
