Im interested in getting some more, i currently have photoshop, psp, flash and various xara products. Just wondering what some other good programs there are to get into (i already have the animation things that come with photoshop and psp before ya say them icon_wink.gif ) So if youve used 1 and ya think its great list it and ill check it icon_biggrin.gif.

EDIT: Btw im not just looking for certain things like 3d modeling or animation or stills, just anything the word animation encompasses and are good progs.

Livemotion. Works well with PS and Illustrator. Outside of doing heavy duty 3D stuff, what more could you need that Photoshop, Illustrator and Image Ready? Just MHO. icon_wink.gif

Bring on the flames!! LOL

Fireworks MX is purty cool for graphics but I like PS better. for modeling 3d graphics w/ animation 3DStudio Max is supposed to be da bomb. I'm working in the tutorials and starting to get the hang of it (I think). I'm making a chess set with it right now. Maya is another 3dmodeling software. Poser specializes in making humanoid characters and Bryce is awesome for making the abstract designs from what I'm told. I've never worked in Bryce but have used Poser 5. Kinda trippy having to make the characters actually grow hair lol.
