Just wanna know how Well off one has to be to upgrade from nuke 6.8 to 7.2 what benefits would i get out of this and is there any tutorial to make this easier thanks

Your better of upgrading to 7.3 or waiting for 8.0 if it ever comes out. Dont't for get to patch your admin.php file if you have not allready by putting this line at the top below <?php
