Well today was a bad day...

I have been hit with a huge amount of spammers registering on my site so I usually go in and remove their user info from sql and today I dropped the whole database and I did not have a backup so I installed Nuke 7.5 from here and efver since then it has been a tougher day. I completely wiped my sql database and server and reinstalled fres and no luck, I can create the account but when the security key comes up for login it is blank with no image.

I cannot add a super user via the site now and if I add my saved super user account via phpmyadmin it works but the only icon I get in the admin panel is the logout.

Update*

When I create the super user account it asks if I want to bind a regular username as well, I check yes and it creates a regular user but not the super user but it does not matter which way i do it the super user account never gets created.

Can someone help?

No one has any clue as to what the problem may be???

Yes I was...

I went back and dumped Sql and started from 7.4 all the way up to 7.6 and all is good now.
