Howdy looking for a good mp3 to wav converter anyone happen to know of one?

i use this one [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] you can download plugins from their site to convert to other types of audio files but it can convert mp3 to wav or vice versa, and it has some good options, its a favorite for me

Heres what I do: just change the .mp3 to .wav on the extension, it works if your just using it for background music on ur site, but if you try to import it on something ike flash then it wont work but you wont need to because you can import mp3's on flash.

Nah im just useing it on basic page with the controls up i just like wav files better cause they load better on slow connections but that converter from dbpoweramp worked great!

yw, however wav files tend to be larger in size than mp3s, an mp3 file averages around 4mb while the same file in wav format is bout 36mb, so load time may be an issue for non broadband users

actually not really at first when i try it with out messing with the settings they was about a meg bigger but after i set down the bits and stuff on it and compressed the file i got it down from a 4mb mp3 to a 1mb which is almost the standard size of all of them a 3mb got down to 900bytes

k should have made myself clearer, without adjusting the controls thats how big it would be
