coppermine thumbnail scrolling block not scrolling.

as it says on the title i finally got my integrated coppermine working but when i went to blocks and set it on scrolling coppermine blocks it shows and works but only scrolls a half step and then doesnt scroll any more. any ideas on what could be wrong? i havent modded it at all so its just like it comes out of the box with the integrated coppermine package. i tried them all, scrolling recent, Scrolling most popular, etc. they all do the same thing.

Do you have other scrolling boxes on your page? Does it happen all the time? Whats the URL to the website?

yeah it does it all the time and it,s the only scrolling block on the page. ive attached the block below

anyone else have any ideas on what could be wrong with the block above? its straight out of the package and havent touched it at all.
