Well. When i go into the forums admin and I go to Configuration, some things won't update.

Ex. The Advanced Signature Divider Control

And another one is Maximum smilies limit per post. Due to this no smilies can be posted. I put a new value in both of the boxes but it doesn't change it when I hit Submit.
