Hi, I just downloaded animation shop from this website, but when I try to open it, there's a message that says the program has encountered an error and needs to close. Did I do something wrong?

hmmm I just checked the dl's and there is no Animation Shop. Was it in .exe file or a zip file?

Well I downloaded Paint Shop Pro and installed it, and in the folder it has animation shop but when I click on it to try and open it, there's an error message.

You open animation shop while PSP is open. In the navigation area of PSP, click on File, scroll down till you see Jasc Software Products. You'll find "Launch Animation Shop" as one of the choices. Click that and it will open in a separte window.
