Hello all, long time no see. Just to say my little holiday in the biggest sandcastle in the world was SH*ITE!!!! Glad to be back icon_biggrin.gif

Anyhow, here's a silly one I really cant get my head around..... and I know it should be an easy one... icon_cry.gif

How do I change the 'Welcome Anonymous' to 'Welcome Guest' in the User_info block.

Two months away from computers has taken its toll icon_cry.gif I even had problems remembering my login details lol.

i believe your problem lies with the language file that comes with the block try editing it there. icon_smile.gif

I thought this may be the case, sadly no...... I believe the Block refers to the userid being Anonymous.

I've ended up changeing the content line in block-User_info.php from $anonymous to Guest
    $content .= "<img src=\"images/blocks/group-4.gif\" height=\"14\" width=\"17\"> "._BWEL.", <b>Guest</b>\n<hr>";


I'm wondering what effect changing the user_name Anonymous to Guest would have.

Mmmmmm maybe not today icon_smile.gif

I knew it would be easy...... but that took me 2 bloody hours...... I need a refresher course icon_smile.gif
