A small problem with the block when more then 3 users are online. See attached pic.

See if this fixes it:

Find this:
$content .= "<b><u>"._CZ_ONLINELIST."</b></u>\n";


Change it to:
$content .= "<u><b>"._CZ_ONLINELIST."</b></u>\n";
