I am creating a website for the local Boy Scouts. I need a theme that looks something like this one [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

I can't spend any major amount on the theme since it is for a non-profit group, and more than likely I will have to pay out of my pocket. I also need matching forums.


Can anybody help me with this? I have tried creating one myself, but have failed. I am not asking for anything real flashy or anything...just something basic. I was surprised to not be able to find one already created..

i have not seen a theme around like the one you have shown. There is no demand for themes such as this so it is unlikely anyone has ever created one.
