If you are talking about my avatar, no I didn't draw it. I got it from an illustration disk that has over 600 royalty free pics on it that came with an illustration book I bought.

As for a tutorial you best bet is to do a search on web. In the search field include the program you are going to use and what effect you are trying to produce along with the word tutorial.

If you wanted to try to drawing smoke effect in paint shop pro 8 you would type in the search field

"paint shop pro 8" smoke tutorial
