Thats the whole line basically it isnt connecting to those tables the sql is turning up blank if ($sql != '') im not sure why its happening on your site did you upgrade this attachments or is it a fresh install?

Fresh install, I re-downloaded the mod and made sure all the files that I was suppose to upload were there.

The attachment mod works perfectly as far as I know. I have used all the functions of it, and tested it out.

I am using PHPNuke 7.0 and Phpbb 2.0.6.

Any suggestions on what I could check or fix.

Did you try using mine? I to have the same version and mine is also a fresh install. Its a few posts up.

Try commenting out that whole function see what happens. One other thing added here do you have the attachments in all your Forums?

The error is gone once I comment it out, however none of my attachments show up then.

I do have attachments enabled for all forums.

I found this and it solves the problem.

Try this :

Backup the file attachments.php
Then, find all the occurences of

if ( !($result = ($sql_query) ? attach_sql_query($sql) : $db->sql_query($sql)) )


Replace with

if ( !($result = ($sql_query) ? $db->sql_query($sql) : $db->sql_query($sql)) )


I also added an revised version of the mod(found it on portedmods.com). It allows you have all forums selected by default. The original version gives errors if -1 is placed in the default forum_id as per the instructions.
