hey

i currently have a phpnuke site but i want 2 switch 2 phpbb2

Can i jst transfer the db for users and points??

I would have 2 change the names of the db i know thjt but would this b possible or are databases edited wen being ported?

There are not many changes between the two, as nuke(FB) copied BB's structure. There are some differences in the users field, such as the date formats. Nuke uses date() & datetime() where as phpBB uses time(). If you look at a fresh table structure for phpBB while you are looking at nukes, it is not hard to make the changes. I have ported quite a few sites from Nuke to BB. If you have more specific questions, feel free to ask them.

It ranges on different things. Heres some past offers people have made

Nuke -> phpBB: port & with quite a few mods etc.. ($100)
Nuke -> phpBB: port & add Blend with blend mods ($75)
phpBB: Fresh install with Blend & blend mods ($60)

There were some more expensive and a couple less, but it depends on the size of your database as thats what i have to port over & what all you want added to the board by me when installing everything. Its usually a case by case basis as im not trying to break anyone, but keep in mind it is a bit of work depending on the DB size & the amount of hacks & mods.
