hi,
I was reading the rules on how to make a request, i got one but i saw the "pay-per-image basis" thing do i gotta pay for a image before haveing someone make it?

If you want a member of the Staff to make a custom image, yes. We'd be happy to do one for free if you want to pick out a template from the template gallery and have us put your text on it.

You can still make your request and a member of the community might be willing to fill it for you.
