Webserver configuration: are my subdomains turned on?

I could not find my subdomains folders when I looked through my files.

I have gone into my ensim and looked under Webserver>configuration, and noticed that Subdomains has a darker grey highlighting and has no green check mark next to it. Does this mean that it is not turned on? If not, I would like it turned on please.

Also, what are the developement tools listed in the configuration?
