It doesn't seem as if the 2 like each other. The Quick Reply bit of text, is only text and not a link so you can't click on it. It does spoil my new found love of firefox lol icon_biggrin.gif Some of these skins and extensions are great.

In quick_reply.tpl
Delete these lines:
<p align="center"><b><font color="red" size="2" face="Tahoma" style="cursor:hand" OnClick="expandit(this)">«««« {L_QUICK_REPLY} »»»»</b></p></font>
<span style="display:none" style=&{head};>

and
<input type="hidden" name="sid" value="{quick_reply.SID}">

And the box is already open, and it works fine in Firefox
