Download the gif's, make sure they're both in RBG mode, click on move button in photoshop, and can move your picture to the sig. Save as a gif, and upload-this is only for one picture and not animated. Since I'm new to the site still, not sure of the max file size of sigs, but the sig with your picture is going to be a significant increase and one with animation quite big. If you want to add an animated picture like the one you have, You need to duplicate your frames in Image Ready, to match the number of frames in your animation and add each frame to each duplication, then combine as an animated gif. If you're not familiar with animation and Image Ready, you might want to start with just a static/non-animated picture first.

Hey, can you put a .avi into the sig...because it will have alot better quality.
