Telli,

I need to look at switching hosting providers. tophostingsolutions.com had a hard drive failure on Friday at 530pm and didnt get my site restored till almost 2am the next morning, but when they did get it restored, it's a backup from almost 7 months ago, even though they swear its a backup from Jan 28th. I need to look at switching to a provider that offers me better support or at least support that I can contact.

I have an off-site backup that I had scheduled myself from Jan 23rd and would need to have someone install it as well has have the DN xfered.
