Something along the lines of that banner, But a different picture, and colors.
Here is the Unit i would like in place of the counterstrike guy holding a rifle.

You can make it smaller so that it will into the banner ^^.

Thank you in advance when you do get the time to do this. If its not possible to get some of these effects in an animated img, You can place it in flash.
