Hi, I�m not a designer but I can offer good advice.

1st thing thou, the picture you have designed on the top right hand side and then blended the flash buttons into is top class, that overall just draws a person into the site.

Just to ask, what is your site about? Just there isn�t anything stating what your site is all about, as from when I saw it I thought it was a forum site for a pc game like Doom 3 or Halo (both fantastic games)

My 1st bit of advise (I�m not picking at your site as its is wicked) just the over colour isn�t very inviting, its depressing and maybe if you change the colour scheme of everything below the banner, maybe to a which background and instead of the dark red maybe a brighter red.
Just something to feel like you�re invited and not somewhere which is going to give you nightmares, no offence
