Ok first I have been having a problem with emailer.php, The site sends out the registration emails and the user pass reminders, newsletters, etc. but when a user has topic reply notification checked and you make post to it it gives an error, also when you email users via forums it gives a error, failed to sedn email,

Second when i try to add authors via the admin panel i get a blank page but when i go to authors via the admin panel it has added em what would make it turn up white?

Site url is [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] I do not have server access to the maion server software as it is being hosted, i got root folder access and a few cpanel options provided by my provider but other then that i cant really do deep diagnostics, but email works every where else.

It sounds like you are having an issue concerning the email configuration in the forums it's self. The forums mail system is seperate from nuke.

Make sure you've done the following in your forums administration under Configuration:

1. Make sure that you have the option User email via board turned ON.

2. Make sure you've entered the email of the webmaster in the email section at the bottom. I don't think you need to bother with the STMP information unless you specifically got information regarding that issue from your host. But you may want to add a forums signature.

I seriously think that this is likely to be your problem. I hope so cause it's easy to fix in just a few minutes.

Would you please explain your admin problem a bit more clearly? I am assuming that you go into the edit admin, and see the add admin panel. You enter the information and click save, and receive the blank page? Is this what is happening to you?

rechecked everything and it is all as you said it needs to be, but still failed sending email,
as for the admin panel that is exactly what happens,

I've not been able to find an answer to either of these issues.

One thing I did find regarding the email issue it to contact your host to find out if it may be the server.

If I find an answer, i will post back here.
