Ok I did what you said to and now I get these messages :


when I run :/modules.php?name=Forums&file=mod_table_inst...

I get this..Fatal error: Call to undefined function: opentable() in /home/bemused/public_html/austeach/mainfile.php on line 315


when I try to acess admin panel

?>
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: opentable() in /home/bemused/public_html/austeach/admin.php on line 181

and this for the main page

?>
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themefooter() in /home/bemused/public_html/austeach/footer.php on line 55

I have no idea why

here is line 315 out of the mainfile.php

OpenTable();

CloseTable();
echo "<br>";


i think something is missing can I just edit this some how ???

And just incase you are wondering why the path is slightly differnt I am trying on another fresh install of nuke 7 as I dont waont to kill my other version again

What files did you edit? It looks like you edited the wrong files if your getting that error. Can you see anything on the main page?

I only edited the files it sais to in the install instructions I have since tried both ways ( installing the premodified files and hand editing and both come up with the same message. I can see nothing at all on the main page. I have since givin up on trying to get this to work. I really want this to be installed on my main site so I can let my users tranfer file etc as well as images as that is part of what our community is all about...The only other option I can see is if I completely reinstall another version of the forums that has the attachment mod already installed. Is there one available ????

I am going to remove the version of nuke 7 and try your enhanced version
