Hey guys, im here requesting if anyone can help me out.

Currently i am running a scrolling javascript navigation bar on my site (http://bluemicro.digibase.ca/site/index.php), and i was wondering if anyone could edit, or help me edit the script. What i am wanting to change is the placing of the bar, i want it changing from being on the left, to being at the very top.
