I have been reading thru the archives in another window (so I don't lose my place) and came across a message where someone referred another member to this site->> [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

When I went there, they have this scrolling block on the top of the page. (NSN ...scrolling right to left)
What is this called and does anyone know where I can get this? If they have it there, I need to know what it is called.
