Greetings:

I came upon this forum only by accident after I purchased a Z3 theme from DestineDesigns.

Apparently their own server went down so as a consequence and to my utter surprise my entire site went down too.

Needless to say, their server support email addy doesn't work.

I thought they used spiders to crawl sites and reported an invalid key site back in a log file for a manual (human) review. I did not expect them to have the power to shut me down completely and without recourse, especially over an issue at their end!

I have a valid receipt from both DD as well as PayPal, order confirmations, and a valid license key.

Any help in how to get my site back up and running would be appreciated.

To the forum admins: posts like these are very important and crucial to warn others and to record issues with vendors as long as they are factual, truthful, and without prejudice, which this post is.

I pay for everything I have and do not approve of any illegal activity.
But clearly this would be a distressing situation to anyone and I cant get help from the original vendor.

Is your site still down? Do you have access to your phpmyadmin or some method of editing the MYSQL database? Go to the nuke_config table and change the default theme to a different one. Alternatively you can use this theme fix also.
