I have the Theme System wich is a very good script but i whant the members from my site to be able to upload themes to , or anyfiles. Anyone can help me with the script ? i tryed to edit it but nothing good.

I attached the script , it works perfectly , i tested it , i only need some help editing it. anyone can edit it see if he/she can pull it off for me please ?
