I used to have buttons at top of forum page, profile, user groups etc...

now when i go to the forums this is what i get:

Sounds like somebody edited it. Did you recently try to add any modifications?

Heres a fresh page_header.php you can just load this right over the old one. Remember though any modifications that you have made will be gone. Best bet is to go through the file and remove whatever you added and then try it but whatever you do make a back up.

Ok sounds like you have a bad cookie stuck in your computer. If you havnt clean all your cookies and dump all your temp internet files then do a reboot on your computer.

Goto control panel under your start menu select internet options. Once in internet options you will see delete cookies and delete temporary internet files there will be a popup when you delete the temporary internet files asking you if you want to delete all the offline ones too i suggest you do that as well. Then just restart your computer to reboot the memory and try it then.

ok, I dumped my cookies and temporary internet files including the offlines. I still have the error message on my site and this one.......is very irritating.

Any other suggestions??
