The HalloweenV3 is a beautiful theme but it might be missing the topic subject calls. This might be by design but I like to see the post subjects so here is the particular line:

In HalloweenV#/forums/viewtopic_body.tpl

Line 36 Find:
{postrow.POST_DATE}</td>


Line 36 Inline:
{postrow.POST_DATE}


Add:
<span class="gen">&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp;{L_POST_SUBJECT}: {postrow.POST_SUBJECT}</span>


Final Line 36 should look like this:
{postrow.POST_DATE}<span class="gen">&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp;{L_POST_SUBJECT}: {postrow.POST_SUBJECT}</span></td>


At least this worked for me.
