I have tried to upgrade the phpbb forums from 2.0.14 to 2.0.19 with no luck. I am always running into problems due to the fact that its running on php-nuke.

Can anyone tell me how to upgrade it?

Hello

Which way you following when update ?

if you have 2.0.14 you first need to update to 2.0.15--see everything is ok +backup--2.0.16 --see everything is ok +backup-2.0.17 .........

if you already doing this way you should say what errors you having so peoples can help you

Open the folder where you keep your nuke files in your pc
open the folder bbtonuke2.0.15 you will see there are couple files and pages in it .

example:

If your bbtonuke2.0.15 has a folder modules/Forums/admin/links.php
this means you will put that links.php at the same place in your nuke folder at your pc ,mean you need the replace new patched file with the old one at your pc

if you just see a Forums folder in bbtonuke2.0.15 and replace all folder with the Forums folder at your pc thats wrong you are losing your files,pages.

if you using patch version 3.1;

at read me file it says

Important notes relating to Nuke Patched 3.1:

1- If you want right side blocks to appear in third party add-ons change:
In Modules:

index = 1;

to:

define('INDEX_FILE', true);

these means you nede to find that line in every module you have and replace with the second line
