HTML tags show in Reviews, but not when editing reviews

The HTML Tags show in my reviews. When I preview them, they look fine - no HTML tags and bold where required.

The config.php file has the tags as allowed:
$AllowableHTML = array("b"=>1,"i"=>1,"u"=>1,"div"=>2,"a"=>2,"em"=>1,"br"=>1,"strong"=>1,"blockquote"=>1,"tt"=>1,"li"=>1,"ol"=>1,"ul"=>1);

Any ideas?

I've attached the code (saved as a txt file):....Interestingly, comments are shown properly.
