I use version 7.8. I am trying to create a users group in my Admin section but everytime I try to create a users group all it says is that there are no users groups created yet. I tried to create the users group multiple times but for some reason I can't create one. I also have a problem with the Point System. I updated the points for certain actions (forum posts, voting in survey...etc) but when I tried with a fake account I created, the points never go above 0. Does anyone know how I can fix these two problems?
