My site sells reserved slots on our game servers. I would like to give them away per month through a lottery winning. What mods do I need to install to accomplish this?

Why not try CZ Giveaways? That isn't exactly a lottery, but it does allow members to enter in the giveaway. Then it randomly draws a winner and notifies the winner and lets them know how to claim their prize.
